The roots of Kaschke Components Tunisie (KCT) stretch back to the year 1979. At the time, Kaschke was already a significant supplier to Europe’s consumer electronics industry. Increasing pressure from competitors, triggered by component manufacturers in Japan, was becoming increasingly apparent, and made it necessary to look for another production site in addition to Gottingen. In this difficult environment, the then managing director Herbert Baumgartner finally decided to found a company in Menzel Bou Zelfa, Northern Tunisia, as the general conditions and future prospects were exceptionally positive.

Today, 40 years later, we look with pride and respect at our various production facilities in Tunisia, which have enabled us to continuously strengthen and expand our position as a leading provider of customised inductive components.
